Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, ACH/wire Transfer or Check.

Reservations and Deposits:

• All reservations require a reservation deposit and a rental agreement. Reservations are secure once the deposit and agreement are received.
• There is a 5 night minimum booking.

Cancellation Policies:

• You may cancel up 60 days prior to arrival for a full refund. 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. You must contact the owner directly to request cancellation.

Use:

• No shoes indoors - we'd appreciate it if you follow the Tahitian custom as we do and leave shoes outside the entry door.
• Smoking is not permitted in the residence or the car, but available outside in the garden area.
• No pets are allowed in the bungalow.
• Water and Electricity are precious resources in Bora Bora and we ask you to please try to conserve as much as possible.
